These terms apply to purchases from In Use Since, Lugano, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Descriptions and condition
Objects are vintage or previously owned unless stated otherwise. Descriptions and photographs form part of the sale. Wear, repair and replacement components are disclosed where known. Dates, measurements and attributions may be approximate when original records are unavailable.

Orders and payment
Prices are stated in Swiss francs unless indicated otherwise. Shipping, insurance, duties and taxes are separate unless expressly included. An order is accepted only after payment has been approved and availability confirmed.
If an obvious pricing or inventory error occurs, the order may be cancelled and any payment returned.

Delivery and imports
Delivery dates are estimates. International customers are responsible for complying with destination-country import rules and paying applicable duties and taxes. Shipment may be declined where lawful, safe or adequately insured delivery is not available.

Returns and defects
The Shipping and returns policy forms part of these terms. Concerns about a materially misdescribed or damaged object should be reported promptly to info@inusesince.com with supporting photographs.

Applicable law
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction provisions. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
