Vintage objects require careful packing, clear condition records and a delivery method appropriate to their value.
01
Dispatch
Orders are normally prepared within three working days after cleared payment. Tracking details are sent when the parcel is collected. High-value shipments may require insurance and a signature on delivery.
Shipping charges depend on destination, size, weight and insurance. Any customs duties, import taxes or destination-country fees are the customer’s responsibility.
02
Transit damage
Inspect the parcel when it arrives and retain all packaging. Report visible damage to info@inusesince.com within 48 hours, including photographs of the object, the outer packaging, the internal packing and the shipping label.
03
Returns
Contact us before returning an object. Returns require written authorisation and must be sent with tracking, appropriate insurance, all supplied components and the original documentation.
Where mandatory consumer law grants a withdrawal right, that right remains unaffected. Otherwise, a request to return an object for change of mind must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and is considered subject to the object being returned unchanged. Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable unless the object was materially misdescribed or damaged in transit.
